I will dress to suit the occasion. All I need to know is the dress code in advance. I am always happy to fit in with a theme.

It takes me on average around 90 minutes to set up my equipment
Hence I would aim to arrive a minimum of 90 minutes before start time.

If the room I am working in is likely to be in use on my arrival I can often start assembling my stand and equipment in a side room or pre designated area to ensure the disco starts on time. (Subject to certain conditions being met)

I always meet up with my clients in advance at a mutually convenient date, time and venue to get to know you in person and to discuss your musical requirements. I usually ask for a list of songs you would like played or don't want played as the case may be.

I would also have a checklist to run through and discuss with you. This deals with the logistics and running order of the evening and will be individually tailored to the kind of function you are having. My aim is to ensure your big day runs as smoothly as possible.

I also always visit the venue in advance to ensure I know where I am setting up, loading in. and to check where everything is so there's no hold ups on the big day. I also meet a lot of my clients at the venue.

I will always do my utmost to make sure that the evening runs smoothly and correctly and everyone has a great time.
